At Foundation Fitness we only hire fitness professional possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design. Their main goal is to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals!

Roll out the red carpet because this is the best fitness experience you will ever have. At Foundation Fitness we pride ourselves on our 1-on-1 and small group personal training experience. If you’ve never worked with a trainer before, we’ll get you started slowly and correctly to get your body ready for exercise. OR If you’ve worked with a trainer before or workout regularly on your own, we’ll safely push you to your limits.

This process starts with a COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS CONSULTATION where we layout a program for you. All of our packages are based on your goals. MOST fitness companies sell you arbitrary packages like “10 starter pack” or “50 bulk pack, NOT HERE. We cater the entire process to YOUR goals. If you need to lose 20 lbs, we tell you the SAFEST and most REALISTIC  amount time in which you can lose that weight while training and then design YOUR package around that. No HUGE upfront payments, just monthly memberships that go based on usage and your fitness program!

All of our personal training services also include discounts on other services (like massage therapy and nutrition coaching) as well as flexible scheduling (online, over the phone, and in person) and freeze options. This is great for clients who travel a lot or those who's work schedules change regularly. All of our memberships can be cancelled at anytime if you move or are unable to continue an exercise program safely as stated by a doctor.
