Our newly renovated Annandale studio specializes in 1 on 1 Personal Training and Semi Private Training. Each program is individualized based on your specific goals/needs and includes progress tracking, nutrition guidance, mobility work, functional movements and strength training. There is also a warmup, foam rolling and dynamic stretching protocol that is completed before your training session starts.

There are many factors we consider to determine the recommended program: Size and complexity of personal goals, availability, comfort with weight training, injury history, current fitness/health status, travel schedule, level of accountability needed, size/quality of support system, and of course, personal preferences and past experiences with PT.
We are more than happy to answer any general questions you may have over the phone or via email, but we find it works best if you come in for a Free Fitness Consultation.
During the consultation we will tour the studio, discuss your exercise/medical history and fitness goals, then review our programs to see what works best with your schedule and budget.
We place you with your trainer based on three criteria. Personality, schedule and skillset.
We believe in transparency, especially when it comes to progress tracking. We use the Foundation Fitness PT app to track workouts and strength progress in and out of the studio, weekly InBody scans to track body composition changes and MindBody Online (scheduling software) to track consistency.
As a general rule, 4-6 days of physical activity per week is recommended. Those do not all need to be with Personal Training or even strength based workouts. Cardio, walking, yoga, pilates and martial arts are all great additions to the overall program. That being said, this can be tricky to balance, so we will help you build the perfect program that will both provide enough training to reach your goals while not causing unneeded stress or burnout.
