Can you tell me more about the studio?

Our newly renovated (location) studio specializes in 1 on 1 Personal Training and Semi Private Training. Each program is individualized based on your specific goals/needs and includes progress tracking, nutrition guidance, mobility work, functional movements and strength training. There is also a warmup, foam rolling and dynamic stretching protocol that is completed before your training session starts.

What services do you offer?

1 on 1 Personal Training, Semi Private Training (2-8 Clients), Virtual Training, Online Coaching (Via the Foundation Fitness PT app)

Which program is right for me?

There are many factors we consider to determine the recommended program: Size and complexity of personal goals, availability, comfort with weight training, injury history, current fitness/health status, travel schedule, level of accountability needed, size/quality of support system, and of course, personal preferences and past experiences with PT.

How do I get more info / What is the first step?

We are more than happy to answer any general questions you may have over the phone or via email, but we find it works best if you come in for a Free Fitness Consultation.

What can I expect from the Fitness Consultation?

During the consultation we will tour the studio, discuss your exercise/medical history and fitness goals, then review our programs to see what works best with your schedule and budget.

How do you choose the trainer I will work with?

We place you with your trainer based on three criteria. Personality, schedule and skillset.

How is progress tracked?

We believe in transparency, especially when it comes to progress tracking. We use the Foundation Fitness PT app to track workouts and strength progress in and out of the studio, weekly InBody scans to track body composition changes and MindBody Online (scheduling software) to track consistency.

How many days should I train?

As a general rule, 4-6 days of physical activity per week is recommended. Those do not all need to be with Personal Training or even strength based workouts. Cardio, walking, yoga, pilates and martial arts are all great additions to the overall program. That being said, this can be tricky to balance, so we will help you build the perfect program that will both provide enough training to reach your goals while not causing unneeded stress or burnout.

What are your hours of operation?

Member Access: Foundation Fitness is open 365 days a year, including all major holidays, with access from 4 AM – 12 AM (Midnight) daily.

Staffed Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 5 AM – 11 PM (Midnight)
  • Saturday: 7 AM – 8 PM
  • Sunday: 8 AM – 6 PM

What are the membership options and pricing?

We offer a variety of membership options to fit your needs:

  • Adult Month-to-Month: $82 per month ($62 discounted rate)
  • 12-Month Commitment: $75 per month ($55 discounted rate)
  • Buddy Program: $75 per month ($55 discounted rate) (Must sign up together)
  • HERO/Senior/Student: $75 per month ($55 discounted rate)
  • 1-Year Paid in Full: $780

Do you offer insurance-based memberships?

Yes! Eligible members can enjoy a $0 membership through the following programs*:

How long does it take to activate an insurance-based membership?

Insurance-based memberships can take up to 30 days to activate.

Are there any fees for new insurance-based members?

Yes, starting July 1, 2023, all new insurance-based members must pay the monthly maintenance fee (MF).

Do you offer guest passes?

Yes! We offer several guest pass options to fit different needs:

  • Day Pass: $25 (Must be used during staffed hours)
  • Week Pass: $45 (Must be used during staffed hours)
  • Two-Week Pass: $70 (Must be used during staffed hours)
  • One-Month Pass: $95 (Includes key tag and regular member access)
  • 3-Month Summer Student Pass: $200 (Includes key tag and regular member access)
  • 6-Week Winter Break Student Pass: $125 (Includes key tag and regular member access)

Note: Guest passes do not include guest privileges or towel service.

Do members get guest privileges?

Yes! Members can bring one (1) guest per visit with unlimited guest privileges. Please note that Guest access is limited to STAFFED HOURS ONLY.

How much are replacement key tags?

Replacement key tags are $12.

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

All cancellation and freeze requests must be sent via email to memberservices@foundfit.com.

How long does it take to process a cancellation?

Cancellations are processed within 48-72 hours.

What are the age requirements for members and guests?

  • 16+ years old – Can work out alone.
  • Ages 12-15 – Must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
  • Under 12 years old – Not allowed in the gym.

Do new members get any free perks?

  • Yes! New members receive 3 FREE group classes upon signup.

Do you offer physical therapy at the gym?

  • Foundation Fitness does not provide physical therapy services directly. However, physical therapy is available on-site through Annapolis Family Physical Therapy (AFPT).For more information or to schedule an appointment, contact AFPT at (410) 266-6626.

How much time does it take to process a refund?

Refunds process in 1-2 days.

Our newly renovated (location) studio specializes in 1 on 1 Personal Training and Semi Private Training. Each program is individualized based on your specific goals/needs and includes progress tracking, nutrition guidance, mobility work, functional movements and strength training. There is also a warmup, foam rolling and dynamic stretching protocol that is completed before your training session starts.

What services do you offer?

1 on 1 Personal Training, Semi Private Training (2-8 Clients), Virtual Training, Online Coaching (Via the Foundation Fitness PT app)

Which program is right for me?

There are many factors we consider to determine the recommended program: Size and complexity of personal goals, availability, comfort with weight training, injury history, current fitness/health status, travel schedule, level of accountability needed, size/quality of support system, and of course, personal preferences and past experiences with PT.

How do I get more info / What is the first step?

We are more than happy to answer any general questions you may have over the phone or via email, but we find it works best if you come in for a Free Fitness Consultation.

What can I expect from the Fitness Consultation?

During the consultation we will tour the studio, discuss your exercise/medical history and fitness goals, then review our programs to see what works best with your schedule and budget.

How do you choose the trainer I will work with?

We place you with your trainer based on three criteria. Personality, schedule and skillset.

How is progress tracked?

We believe in transparency, especially when it comes to progress tracking. We use the Foundation Fitness PT app to track workouts and strength progress in and out of the studio, weekly InBody scans to track body composition changes and MindBody Online (scheduling software) to track consistency.

How many days should I train?

As a general rule, 4-6 days of physical activity per week is recommended. Those do not all need to be with Personal Training or even strength based workouts. Cardio, walking, yoga, pilates and martial arts are all great additions to the overall program. That being said, this can be tricky to balance, so we will help you build the perfect program that will both provide enough training to reach your goals while not causing unneeded stress or burnout.
