BootCamps

A high-intensity class designed to push your limits and take you to the next level. This is a very popular class with our clients!You don’t need to be an athlete to take this class— you just need the desire to build lean, proportioned muscles using techniques often incorporated into the training routines of the world’s top athletes.

Foundation Fitness BootCamp combines it’s trainers backgrounds of high – level athletes, U.S. Veterans and powerlifters, into an fitness class that’s intense and educational. And best of all, it’s a fun class!

We are not a big box gym, we care about each and every client and we include our nutrition program as part of our already low bootcamp membership. With indoor and outdoor classes offered (availability may differ from location to location) in the morning, noon and night, four days a week, this program will take you to the next level.

MassageTherapy

Swedish Massage Swedish massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Pre-Natal Massage Pre-natal massage is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). In addition, massage reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension-which aids in better sleep-and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

Aromatherapy Massage Aromatherapy uses fragrant oils extracted from herbs, flowers and fruits to naturally enhance the benefits of your massage. Before each session begins, you can choose one of four unique oil blends to be added to your massage lotion. Add to your next massage session for only $10.

Deep Tissue Massage Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
