How long have you been working at Foundation Fitness? I’ve been in leadership for the better part of a decade, leading teams of varying sizes. I’ve been with Foundation Fitness for a little over a month now.
What makes your location unique? Our location offers a tailored approach to fitness based on the clients needs. We are passionate about solving your fitness challenges whether it’s nutrition, mobility, or strength training.

What is your FOUNDATION? My foundation is People. We all come from different walks of life, but our health is what brings us together. The reason I love what I do is because for the longest time, I never thought my body could be where it’s at today. I get to give people hope for their dreams and a plan to execute on, so that in the future, we can look back and say, “I’m really living my dream!”
