Virtual Tour & Foundation Fitness Online

We are committed to keeping our members and staff safe and healthy during the Covid-19 pandemic, and our new virtual tours and FoundFit Online classes help us do just that! Safely envision yourself at our locations by exploring our studios and gyms virtually, without having to step foot in the building.  Simply click on your preferred gym or studio on the foundfitpt.com website to access each locations’ home page, where you will find an easy-to-navigate, interactive virtual tour of each space. Options include viewing the location’s complete floorplan, a “dollhouse” style view from above, and a 3-D up-close-and-personal view with the ability to drag your mouse up, down, and across the room so you won’t miss a thing! Like what you see? Easily sign-up for a free consultation, and join the #BeYourBest movement today!

Not quite ready to work-out in the building again? We’ll bring the gym to you! Our FoundFit Online program helps you stay on track at home while keeping your commitment to being the best version of yourself, inside and out.  Our virtual gym will allow the entire family to remain active and healthy with unlimited access to eight different and unique exercise categories to select from, any time of day. Choose between a wide range of at-home workouts, yoga videos, kids fitness, group exercise classes, everyday fitness for seniors, mobility videos, nutritional videos, or live group chats with trainers. The possibilities are endless, and there is something for everyone! Each week new video content will be released for online members to take advantage of.

Foundation Fitness believes that helping the staff, members, and community at a time like this is more important than ever. That is why Foundation Fitness and MightyMeals have partnered together to provide meals every Wednesday at 5pm at Foundation Fitness. In addition, for each person who signs-up for FoundFit Online, a monthly meal will be donated to those in need.
