Michael Labs is the type of personal trainer who genuinely cares about his clients. My daughter trained with Michael for 5 months. He was always upbeat and encouraging which helped my daughter meet her fitness goals and kept her motivated. Many times my daughter was tired coming from school but was always ready to train with Michael because he made it fun! He has a friendly personality and my daughter enjoyed easy conversations during the workouts. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the fitness industry enables him to deliver the very best for his clients. He personalized a workout routine for her and tracked progress to achieve her goals. He’d offered professional guidance on exercise selection (the muscle groups targeted), correct form, and techniques to maximize results and reduce the risk of injury. The supportive trainer relationship my daughter had with Michael is a positive experience she will always remember. My daughter loves training and having Michael as her trainer has ignited a long-term commitment to fitness!

James Z at foundation fitness Annapolis is legit. There was a situation that called for a refund and while it was in-fact listed in the fine print of the contract, there were some additional details to be considered… James looked at the situation as a whole, asked clarifying questions and ultimately made a great business decision to prioritize me, the customer. I trust that every member is valued and treated with the same level of appreciation and attention.I’d also like to mention Mike the trainer and Izzy at the front desk…. They both were great to interact with… honest and very helpful, as expected. Five stars for Mike and Izzy on customer service and Five stars for James Z on Management and customer retention.

Foundation became my home gym during the tail end of Covid. It really does feel like home. The staff is fantastic and friendly and the gym itself has all the things I need. We’ve also got new weight, machines, cardio equipment, floors, mirror and wall paint in the last like year.It’s a great gym

I recommend Foundation Fitness to anyone looking for a gym in the Annapolis area. The facility, including bathrooms, is always well organized & clean. It is so much larger then it appears and you never feel like you are on top of others. Hours & location is convenient & the customer service is top notch!

All types of equipment here. Free weights and machines — about 30 machines. Steam room and sauna. Free parking. Also has trainers, although I do not need one.— My modification: about 30 weight machines, another 20 or so cardiovascular machines— treadmills, stair climbing, rowing, etc.

I'm A new to the gym. Its great they have top of the line equipment and lots of options. Sauna and Steam room ! its always clean and well kept. Plus the 04:00am Club is a good group of people.
