We are extremely grateful for our many dedicated instructors who worked very hard to make these videos here, outside, in their homes or backyard. There are a few workouts that involve the use of weights, tubes or step equipment. If you would like to borrow any of these items, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to provide what we can to our members. We want you to keep moving and even consider expanding your workout repertoire! I am excited to finally take Vivian’s Pilates class!
